A console table built from small acrylic cubes, each standing a little forward or back of the next, so its surfaces ripple with tiny steps. The cubes along the top are a slate grey with a cool blue cast, and the colour thins as the two legs descend until the cubes at the floor are almost colourless. Beneath the top the two legs lean inward and meet the span in a soft, stepped arch.
The arch is the hard part. Each cube along its underside steps back a little from the one above, and the steps are set by eye rather than to a rule, so the curve reads as soft and natural. The colour is graded through the cubes themselves, deep in the top and paling down the legs, which makes the console seem to lighten as it reaches the floor. Every cube is polished before it is set, so the projections catch light cleanly along every edge.
It belongs against a plain wall in a hall, behind a sofa or beneath a mirror, where a lamp set to one side can rake across the cubes and bring out every step. The cool grey suits concrete, white plaster and pale stone, and because the legs clear toward the floor, the arch beneath stays light and open even in a narrow hall.
Ours is a 3–4 week build as standard, and a 5–6 week build when the commission is bespoke. The grey can be run deeper toward charcoal or lighter to a mist, or the cubes graded in another colour, and the arch can be cut higher or kept flatter. It travels in three parts, a top and two legs, that join on site along their bearing faces, so it comes through an ordinary door, and each of the three parts needs two people to carry it. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Slate grey cubes that thin out as they descend belong with our acrylic sculptures; an arch stepped cube by cube leads to our geometric sculptures, and a cool grey piece for a concrete hall joins our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
