Description

The Red Translucent Twin Peak Ridge Resin Sculpture is cast in translucent red resin and made in four sizes, from a 32cm piece to a 122cm ridge. Each carries the same twin-summit profile with a smooth, water-worn face, and light passes through the mass so the colour deepens where the resin is thickest.

One Ridge Profile Cast in Four Sizes

Every size of this red resin peak sculpture is cast individually and finished by hand, so the twin-summit line reads the same at whatever scale it is made. The surfaces are polished to a gloss that follows the contours, and because the resin is translucent rather than opaque the piece changes through the day with the light it stands in. The pigment is dispersed through the pour, so the deep centre and the pale edges come from one colour and one casting rather than from any applied finish.

The 122cm ridge holds a sideboard, a long console, a boardroom credenza or a wide shelf on its own, and the 32cm piece suits a desk, a bookshelf or a hall table. Two or three sizes ordered together give a horizontal sculptural line across a run of furniture that one object cannot, and they can be placed in any order. All four suit pale plaster, oak and blackened steel. Indoor use only.

Sizing a Ridge to a Run of Furniture

Production takes approximately six to eight weeks, because each piece is cast and finished individually rather than pulled from stock. Alternative tints are offered from the studio range, and a size can be set to a particular run of furniture. Bespoke profiles are worked from a brief. Each size travels in its own fitted crate with a foam pocket, and the piece should be lifted by its body rather than its apex. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
