Description

A slender lady in a wide-brimmed hat, cast in red and pink resin. She stands on one foot, the brim tilted over her face and the skirt trailing back behind her to touch the ground a second time. The brim and the edges of the skirt are a deep raspberry red, and the colour softens to pink and milky white through the body. Black marble is supplied as her base.

Raspberry Red at the Brim and Hem

Red and pink give this figure warmth and a sense of occasion. The strong raspberry gathers in the brim and along the edges of the skirt, framing the figure, while the body between turns to a soft pink and white, so the lady seems to glow. Each piece carries the colour a little differently. The whole figure is polished, so the red keeps its jewel-like depth and the pink stays clean. The pink body keeps the red from feeling heavy, so the colour reads as lively rather than dark, even in a dim room.

A console, a dresser or a desk in a bedroom, a dressing room or a living room. It looks lovely beside white flowers, gold and soft grey, and it adds warmth to a cool scheme. A plain pale wall shows the red brim clearly; a lamp at one side makes the pink body glow. It is a piece that people notice as soon as they walk in.

Time separates the two: a bespoke commission takes 5–6 weeks, a standard piece 3–4. The red can be deepened to crimson or softened to coral, and the pink body can be made whiter or rosier. The brim can be drawn wider. Her block can also be white marble. The same lady is made in teal and white and in blue and clear, each sold separately. She is crated with her block, and one person can place her, holding her at the waist rather than the brim. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
