Description

Three cut blocks of resin, propped against one another. A long orange block tilts across the top, a small clear block is wedged at the join, and an orange upright stands beneath as the foot. The orange is a bright, glassy tangerine, and the clear block between catches the light like ice. It needs no base: the orange upright stands on its own end.

Tangerine With a Wedge of Ice

Orange at this strength is bold and warm, and the small clear block at the join gives the eye a moment of cool between the two big masses. The lean of the top block is the drama of the piece: it seems to hang off the upright, held by the little wedge. Each block is cut square and polished on every face, so the edges stay sharp and the orange glows evenly through each mass. Face on, it is a plain column; from the side, the lean becomes a gesture, as if the top block is about to tip.

A study or a sitting room suits it, on a desk or a shelf, the piece turned so the lean is seen from the side. It suits white and grey rooms that need a note of colour, and sits well beside black, white and wood. Daylight behind or beside it makes the orange glow; a lamp above brings out the clear wedge.

Red, Amber, or Clear, and Delivery

Delivery follows a 3–4 week build as standard, or a 5–6 week build if bespoke. The orange can be deepened towards red or softened towards amber, and the clear wedge can be tinted to match. The lean of the top block can be set a little flatter or steeper. The same stack is made in clear bubbled resin with a green block at the join, sold separately. It comes in one crate, fully assembled, and one person can lift it from underneath the upright, never by the leaning block. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
