The Monumental Traditional Stag Group Bronze Sculpture stands at 280cm and presents four life-size elk in a commanding naturalistic composition, anchored to a stacked stone terrain base that reads as a continuation of the landscape itself.
Each figure in this four-stag ensemble is produced through the lost-wax casting method, a process that captures every strand of fur texture, every ridge of musculature, and the intricate branching geometry of the multi-point antler racks with uncompromising fidelity. The warm mid-tone brown patina, lifted by golden-amber highlights on raised surface detail, is applied and sealed by hand at the finishing stage, giving the group a tonal depth that shifts perceptibly as daylight moves across the figures throughout the day. Two dominant stags occupy the outer positions of the composition, their full racks silhouetted against the sky; a smaller deer anchors the foreground centre, and a fourth figure emerges from behind the group, lending the arrangement a sense of movement caught mid-frame. A dedication plaque mount is integrated into the front face of the stone base.
At 280cm in height and 1,500kg, this is a monumental outdoor bronze sculpture suited to estate grounds, corporate parks, public spaces, and large formal gardens. The naturalistic stone base integrates seamlessly into gravel, grass, or planted settings. The warm bronze patina holds well against stone, slate, and mature timber surroundings. This piece is rated for permanent outdoor installation and requires no protective coating under normal climatic conditions.
Patina options include dark oxidised black-brown, classic verdigris green, and natural warm amber. The overall scale of the group can be adjusted on commission, and the composition can be modified to feature fewer figures or alternative deer breeds if required. This piece can also be produced with a custom dedication plaque to your specification. Contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements.
