Monumental Traditional Golden Eagle Bronze Sculpture by Giant Sculptures, polished gold finish, wings raised and beak open on a rocky base, plain background.
Monumental Traditional Golden Eagle Bronze Sculpture - 240cm $128,62300
Description

The Monumental Traditional Golden Eagle Bronze Sculpture stands 240cm tall, capturing a golden eagle at the precise moment of strike or landing, wings fully extended, beak open, talons splayed wide. It is one of the most commanding bird sculptures in our collection, built at a scale that demands its own space and commands every sight line around it.

Cast Bronze, Hand-Finished in Polished Gold

This sculpture is cast using the traditional lost-wax method, which preserves every nuance of the original modelling, from the razor-edged primary feathers at the wingtip to the muscular curl of each talon. The handcrafted bronze eagle statue is finished in a bright polished gold, delivering high reflectivity and a warm amber tone that deepens in the feather recesses, giving the surface genuine visual depth rather than a flat metallic sheen. Individual feathers across the body and both wings are rendered with exceptional precision, making the piece as rewarding at close range as it is from a distance.

At 240cm and 280kg, this is a monument-scale work suited to grand exterior settings: estate entrances, corporate forecourts, hotel arrival courts, and open-sky gardens where the full wingspan silhouette can be appreciated against natural light. Indoors, it suits double-height entrance halls, atria, or any architectural space with sufficient ceiling clearance and structural flooring. The gold finish responds well to both natural daylight and warm artificial lighting, intensifying the sense of motion in the pose.

Handmade to Order, Fully Customisable

The standard finish is the bright polished gold shown, but we can apply a traditional brown or green patina, a dark oxidised bronze, or a custom mixed finish to suit your setting. Scale can be adjusted for smaller interior formats or larger site-specific installations. If you are working to a specific plinth, plinth recess, or architectural brief, contact us before ordering so we can confirm tolerances and structural requirements.
