Life-Size Contemporary Winged Goddess and Horse Bronze Sculpture by Giant Sculptures, nude figure with trumpet on a rearing horse with butterflies, on plain grey.
Life-Size Contemporary Winged Goddess and Horse Bronze Sculpture - 250cm $74,05600
Description

The Life-Size Contemporary Winged Goddess and Horse Bronze Sculpture stands at a commanding 250cm, presenting a nude female figure with outstretched butterfly wings seated bareback on a powerfully rearing horse, her long hair streaming as she raises a trumpet to her lips in a moment of mythic proclamation.

Cast Bronze, Hand-Finished in Dual-Tone Patina

This sculpture is produced using the traditional lost-wax casting method, which captures every detail of the composition with precision: the fine veining of the butterfly wings, the musculature of the rearing horse, the delicate butterfly sculpted onto the horse's raised foreleg, and the figure's flowing strands of hair. Each element is hand-chased and hand-finished after casting. The patination is applied in two distinct tones, a warm golden-brown on the female figure and a deeper, rich dark brown on the horse, with high polish on the raised surfaces to draw the eye across the composition. The result is a monumental bronze sculpture with genuine depth of surface rather than a uniform industrial finish.

At 250cm in height and 800kg, this piece commands architectural space. It suits grand entrance halls, hotel lobbies, corporate atriums, and open gallery settings equally well. Outdoors, it performs beautifully in courtyards, formal gardens, and estate grounds; the bronze patina weathers gracefully over time while retaining its structural integrity for generations. Indoors, the dual-tone finish reads warmly against stone, polished concrete, dark hardwood, and neutral plaster backdrops.

Handmade to Order, Fully Customisable

Patina options include verde green, dark gunmetal, antique brown, and polished raw bronze. The sculpture can also be produced at an alternative scale to suit your specific space. If you would like a bespoke finish, a modified pose, or a commission inspired by the work of a particular artist in this figurative tradition, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss the brief and confirm the timeline.
