A single blade turned through a half revolution between foot and crown, standing on a shallow disc barely thicker than a coin. Green through the whole blade at one strength, deepening wherever the twist doubles the material back on itself. The metal disc comes with it. Seen edge-on the blade reads as a dark green line, and seen flat it is pale enough to show the room through it.
One continuous twist is the least a column can be given and still change from every angle, which is what a piece this narrow has to do to be worth its floor. A column this narrow standing on a visible base would read as two objects rather than one, and the whole point of the piece is that it appears to come straight out of the floor with nothing under it at all. A single twist in a green body means the material's thickness changes continuously up the column, and the colour reports that change without a single edge to mark it. Polished over the whole blade, both faces taken to the same grade.
It belongs in a narrow space: beside a door, at a stair foot, or in the return of a hall. The wall behind should be pale, since the green is read through the blade and not off it. Light from one side runs up the twist as a single moving highlight, which is the whole of what this piece does. The profile changes completely with a quarter turn, so where it is aimed decides what the room gets.
Order a standard piece and it takes 3–4 weeks; order it bespoke and it takes 5–6. The pitch of the twist is open, the green can be exchanged, and the disc can be had in stone instead of metal. Set the twist at another pitch and the height follows, since the blade keeps its own width and is never thinned to make up the height. One crate, packed standing, and the disc is already fixed when it arrives. Two people for the lift out, though one can carry it once it is upright. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A pale green blade with a single half twist stands on a disc from our metal sculptures; the green held in the blade links it with our resin sculptures, and the foot of a stair suits its narrow plan within our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
