This low table is made in two halves of very different character. One is a translucent emerald green, bright along its crests and turning a deep bottle colour wherever a fold swings away; the other carries a mirror gold finish that throws back the room in warped, glinting strips. The outline undulates on every side, each half rising in soft vertical waves, and the halves come together on the top along a curving line that hooks a rounded tab into each.
What holds the eye is how differently the two halves behave under one light. The green resin is translucent, so its colour changes with every wave of the outline: pale where a crest faces you, close to black in the deepest folds. The gold half gives back nothing of itself and everything of its surroundings, each wave in its side carrying a strip of reflected room, while its top catches the ceiling as a broad, pale sheen. Where the dividing line crosses the top, the change from glow to reflection is abrupt, and that contrast is the reason for the piece. The form is hollow and open underneath.
Use it as a coffee table at the centre of a broad seating group, with room on every side for its outline to be seen. Both halves are level on top, ready for a tray, a few books and drinks. The gold side mirrors whatever is near it, so it suits a room with colour or pattern to reflect, and the green answers well to brass, walnut and deep upholstery. Indoors only.
Our workshops take 3–4 weeks over a standard piece and 5–6 over a bespoke commission. The two finishes are chosen together: this emerald and gold, a resin colour against a mirror silver, or two translucent tints with no metal look at all. The curve of the dividing line can be drawn deeper or gentler at order, and so can the waves of the outline. Plan and height are set to your own figures. It comes in one crate on a pallet, the two halves fixed together, and three people bring it in. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Emerald resin set against mirror gold suits our resin sculptures, the rippling two-part outline our abstract sculptures, and the working low table our art furniture.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
