Green & Aqua Linked Loop Column Resin Sculpture - 80cm
Green & Aqua Linked Loop Column Resin Sculpture - 80cm $2,02400
Description

Green at the top and aqua below, this resin column is built from open loops that run into one another without a break. The colour clears as it falls, so the crown holds the deepest green and the bottom loops turn a bright sea aqua. Its openings vary from loop to loop, one broad and rounded, another narrow and pointed, and the surface is polished all over. At 80cm including its marble base, it fits neatly on a narrow hall console.

Green Clearing to Aqua Through Linked Loops

Grading a colour down a form full of openings is slow work, because each loop has to carry its own share of the change. The green is laid in heaviest at the crown and thinned loop by loop, so the shift to aqua never shows a line. The loops are worked as a single body rather than joined, and each opening is polished inside as well as out, which gives every one a bright rim. The marble base under the foot is cut flat and true. Its depth is about half its width, so from the side it reads slim and it is best turned to face the room.

Teal and green bring a cool note to a hall or a study, and the column looks its best where daylight reaches it from the side. A white wall behind keeps the aqua bright, and next to dark timber the green comes forward. Give it room on either side so that its openings can be seen through.

Green, Aqua and the Base Beneath

Bespoke commissions take 5–6 weeks; standard pieces take 3–4. The green can be carried further down or the whole column made in a single aqua, with the openings widened, set closer together or made fewer. The base can be cut from another stone or colour, in a round or square shape, on request. Packed upright in its own crate with the base boxed apart, it comes out in one careful lift, both hands under the foot. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Green that clears to aqua through open loops belongs with our contemporary and modern sculptures; a polished resin column of linked forms leads to our resin sculptures, and a cool piece for a sunny hall joins our indoor sculptures.

Shipping & Returns

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
