Description

Frosted resin carries a soft jade green in this dining chair, and the colour lives almost entirely in the seat. The thick slab is clouded with green across its top and round its rolled front, then pales at the edges into a white frost that runs up the broad rounded back and down the three cylindrical legs, leaving only a cool, icy tint behind.

Jade Green Clouding a White Frosted Seat

The green is not an even wash. It drifts across the seat in soft clouds, denser towards the front and the sides and thinner where the seat meets the back, so the slab looks like sea glass rather than painted plastic. Above it the back is a plain white panel with rounded shoulders, and the legs drop as plain white columns, two at the front and one set back in the middle. Every surface is frosted to the same matt finish, which softens the outline and lets the colour change by degrees. Seen from the side, the green reads as a band of colour floating between white above and white below.

At 73cm it meets a dining table or a desk comfortably, its seat at the usual height for both. Green on white suits a kitchen with timber or stone worktops, and a few around a pale table bring in colour without weight. With a window beside it the green seat glows, and on a dark floor the white legs stand out crisply. Its three feet sit best on boards, stone or tile rather than deep pile. Indoors only.

Where the piece is standard the build is 3–4 weeks, and where it is bespoke 5–6. The green can run from this soft jade to a strong emerald, and it can spread into the back and legs or stay in the seat alone; leave the white out and the chair is green all over. The frost can stay this soft and matt or be brought up to a satin sheen. The seat is set at order to suit its table, and the back and frame can be sized at the same time. It travels in one crate, needs no assembly, and can be placed by one person. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
