Description

A slender figure caught by the wind, in emerald green and clear resin. The crest flares back from the head in green, the body narrows through a clear waist, and the green returns at the hem, where the skirt kicks out sideways at the foot. The colour is deep and glassy where it gathers and fades to clear between. It comes on a black marble block.

Emerald at the Crest and the Hem

Emerald is a jewel colour, and this figure uses it like one, setting it at the two ends of the form and leaving the waist clear. That makes the silhouette lively: the green crest and the green hem pull the eye up and down the figure, and the clear middle lets the room show through. The two greens are blended into the clear with no hard edges, and each piece is a little different. Polishing gives the green a wet, gem-like depth. It is a small piece with a strong colour.

Place it in a hallway, a study or a living room, on a desk or a side table. It looks rich beside dark wood, brass and leather, and it brightens a room of greys. A pale wall behind it shows the green clearly, and daylight at one side makes the crest glow. At night a lamp above makes the green hem shine like a jewel.

Deeper Emerald, More Clear, and Delivery

Bespoke commissions take 5–6 weeks; standard pieces take 3–4. The green can be taken deeper to a bottle green or lighter to jade, and it can fill the whole figure or stay at the two ends. A white marble base can replace the black one. The same figure is made clear, in sky blue over gold, and in the red and coral marbling of the original, all sold separately. One crate brings it ready to stand, and one pair of hands is enough, holding the block. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Emerald flaring at the crest and hem is a rich treatment among our resin sculptures; the slim form, jewelled at both ends, belongs with our contemporary and modern sculptures, and other figures for a quiet room are in our indoor sculptures.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
