A woman arched back with one leg drawn up behind her and a pleated skirt thrown out to the side, balanced on the ball of the standing foot. The body runs through magenta, green, yellow and teal without repeating, so no two parts of it are the same colour. A black block is supplied and the figure meets it on the ball of one foot.
A graduation through four colours is far harder than a graduation through two, because every pair of neighbours has to meet without muddying and there are three junctions instead of one. The colour runs with the movement rather than across it, so magenta gathers where the skirt is fullest and the teal is up at the raised arm, and the graduation and the pose are telling the same story. A figure arched this far back over one foot is a balance problem first, and the casting has to be heaviest through the standing leg. Polished over the whole body, which is what lets one colour run into the next without a seam.
A hall, a landing or a wide room. Its spread needs more floor than its height suggests. A plain pale wall. Anything patterned behind it competes with the colour and loses. Daylight is what the graduation is for; a warm lamp pulls the whole figure toward orange. From the door it is the colour that stops anyone, and the pose is what holds them once they are closer.
Standard pieces take 3–4 weeks and bespoke commissions 5–6. The graduation is limited to two colours, the skirt is drawn further out, and a deeper block is cut. Draw the skirt out further and the block widens beneath her, because her reach already passes the foot she stands on. The block is put down first and levelled, and the figure goes on after that. Two people for the figure alone. Two people, hands under the skirt and the standing leg, never on the raised arm. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A dancer arched back over one foot, her skirt in magenta, stands in our indoor sculptures; the pose belongs to our contemporary and modern sculptures, and the four-colour body joins our resin sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
