Description

This tall, narrow console sets a thick clear resin slab, scattered through with small amber inclusions, on three flat blade legs. Two of them, a narrow blade and a broad one standing close beside it, deepen from colourless under the slab to a strong blue at the floor; the third, standing alone towards the other end, is clear from top to foot.

Two Blades Fading to Blue, One Left Clear

On the two coloured blades the shift from colourless to blue lies within each blade, not on its face, so it follows the section and cannot be worn off an edge. The amber inclusions are placed through the slab and held where they were put. Three thin blades have to stand dead true, and that is the slow part of the build: a blade out of plane by a degree throws the slab off level, so the top is proved flat from corner to corner with a straight edge before any polishing starts.

Its slim depth makes it a hall console, one that will stand against a corridor wall or in a narrow hall that could not take anything deeper. The blue is at the floor, so it reads strongest to anyone walking past rather than standing over it, and the inclusions in the slab want light from above.

The Blades, the Inclusions, and Where It Stands

Give it 3–4 weeks as a standard piece, or 5–6 weeks as a bespoke commission. Most of it is the graded blade. There are three open questions. The blue can be taken to another tint, the blade count is open, and the inclusions can be left out for a plain slab. Top length and blade height are cut to your figures. When several are ordered at once, the blue is brought to the same height on every coloured blade. The three blade feet go in padded and the slab edges are boxed off the crate wall, and four people set it down with a hand under each blade. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.

Production Time

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.

  • Standard sculptures: approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Bespoke commissions (custom sizes, finishes, or fully custom designs): approximately 5–6 weeks from design sign-off.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.

Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.

All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.

Delivery to Your Address

Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.

For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.

Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.

If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.

Returns

Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.

To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damage in Transit

Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:

  1. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging.
  3. We arrange collection and either replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
