The top is a plain square of clear resin with a flat polished face and no shaping at the edge. It sits on a slim cylindrical column that is pinched in at a waist partway down, and just below the waist the column carries a shallow dimple, a soft hollow no deeper than a thumbprint. Below, a round disc foot spreads onto the floor. Everything is colourless, so the piece is read almost entirely from the highlights along its edges.
Almost nothing is done to this piece, and the pinched waist and the dimpling are the only decisions on it. The top is a square with a flat polished face and no shaping at the edge. The column is a slim cylinder. The foot is a round disc. Below the waist a shallow dimple, no deeper than a thumbprint, marks its face, and with the waist it is what stops the piece reading as stock. Being colourless throughout, the table is read almost entirely from the bright lines along its edges and from the waist and the hollow, which gather light differently from everything around them. At this height it is a drinks table rather than a side table.
At 75cm it stands at dining rather than side-table height, which makes it a small breakfast table, a hall table, or a stand in a window. Being colourless it takes almost no visual space, which suits a room that is already full. The waist and the dimple are small and want light across them rather than onto them. The disc foot needs a level surface. A one-handed lift. Keep it inside.
It takes 3–4 weeks to make as standard, and 5–6 weeks to make bespoke. Most of it is the column dimples. Three things are open at order. The dimple count and their placing on the column are both open, the resin is offered tinted, and the top can be supplied round instead of square. The overall height is settled at order. The top span and the overall height follow your figures. Order several together if their dimples should match; bought apart, each will differ a little. The crate holds the square top corners and the disc foot away from every face, and two people bring it in. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A square clear top on a slim pinched column and a round foot has the spare geometry of our geometric sculptures; as a drinks table it takes its turn in our art furniture, and one small dimple of detail suits our contemporary and modern sculptures.

Almost every sculpture at Giant Sculptures is handmade to order, then shipped worldwide free of charge. Below is everything you need to know before you order, and what to expect after.
Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
