The top of this acrylic table is a thick clear disc cut with a set of concentric rings that step in from the rim and draw down to one raised point at the middle, so the whole surface reads as a still ripple caught the moment after something touched it. Below it a slim polished metal stem drops to a cast foot with a rippled skirt.
Concentric work is unforgiving because every ring is measured against the one outside it, and the error accumulates inward. The rings here are cut into the upper face at a shallow pitch that keeps each step legible without turning the disc into a set of grooves, and the innermost of them closes on a small raised boss that has to sit dead centre or the whole figure looks pulled to one side. Because the body is clear, each ring is read twice: once as the cut itself and once as its own shadow on the underside, which is why the depth of cut matters more here than it would on a tinted body. The foot is cast separately with a rippled skirt picked up from the same idea, and the stem is polished to hold a highlight down its length. Ring spacing varies slightly between tables.
At 71cm this is a table to stand at or work over, not one to reach down to, so it earns its place in a hall, beside a high-backed chair, or in a bar area where a drink wants a level surface. The concentric top wants an overhead light more than a lamp: a light directly above throws the rings down onto the floor as a second figure, while a light from the side flattens them. Keep the plan clear all round. It is a round top on a single stem and it looks wrong pushed against a wall.
Ordinarily a standard piece needs 3–4 weeks and a bespoke commission 5–6. Ring pitch can be opened up or closed in, and the boss at the centre can be left out for a plain dished top. The stem is offered in a brushed finish as well as the polished one, and the cast foot can be supplied colourless instead of dark. A drawing is held for this design, so the disc can be cut to another diameter without re-drawing it from scratch. The disc, the stem and the foot travel as three items and assemble with a threaded collar under the top, which means the parts go up a stair separately. One person can carry the stem and foot together. The disc is a two-person lift. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Rings cut in from the rim to one point belong with our acrylic sculptures; a slim stem over a cast foot leads to our metal sculptures, and a stand-up table for a hallway joins our indoor sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
