An acrylic sculpture stacking horizontal sheets into a range: a broad summit on the left, a second, slighter summit right of centre, a small third step beside it, and a long, thin shelf reaching away to the right. Below the horizon the layers are mirrored into two inverted points, one broad and one slender, which stand side by side on a black base, the range set over its own reflection. The blue is deepest at those points and along the flanks of the big summit and pales almost to white at the tops and along the shelf, and the layer edges show as fine steps all the way round.
The design is a reflection read in layers: every sheet above the horizon steps back from the one below it, every sheet beneath steps back again, and the two halves meet along the long sheets of the horizon. That is how the range comes to stand on its own reflection, on the two inverted points that reach down to the base. The tint is graded the same way, through the stack rather than across a face: deep at the points and down the sides of the big summit, where the sheet edges read as dark lines, and fading almost to nothing at the tops of the summits and along the thin shelf to the right, so the far end of the piece is little more than edges.
This is work for a wide shelf, a study desk or a sideboard top, met at close quarters and often from a little above. Light from behind suits it best, from a window if there is one, because the graded blue is the whole of the colour and front light finds only the stepped edges. On a dark desk the pale summits lift; on a pale one they disappear. A piece of this kind gets picked up, so take it around the body and never by a summit or by the thin shelf.
Whether it is standard or bespoke sets the build: 3–4 weeks or 5–6. Tint and profile are drawn per piece: this blue reading deep at the points, a green, an amber, a smoke, or an untinted stack. The number of summits and the depth of the mirrored half are both open, and a version without the mirroring is made which sits flat on its base. The thin shelf to the right can be lengthened or left off, so the range ends at its second summit. Lift it by the body, both hands beneath the horizon, and ease it down so the two points rest evenly on the base. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
A blue range stepping over its own reflection on a black base, this desk piece is gathered with our abstract sculptures, our acrylic sculptures and our indoor sculptures.

Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For all orders delivered worldwide, all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable local clearance fees are fully included in the purchase price. We manage and settle these charges on your behalf, ensuring you will not incur any additional fees upon arrival.
Please note that this policy excludes shipments delivered to Switzerland, as well as any individual orders where an exclusion is explicitly stated prior to purchase; in such instances, local customs charges and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
