A round top stands on a tapered column, both finished to a hard gloss and both patterned in black on a white ground. On the top the black falls in broad angular shapes with crisp, straight edges, crossed here and there by fine grey streaks; down the column it runs in long flowing bands, marbled with grey where they meet the white. The shapes are wide and few rather than fine and many, so the table reads boldly from across a room.
The top and the column are separate parts that meet at a black collar, and the collar is the quiet point between two moods. On the top the black is laid out in hard-edged planes, like shapes cut from paper, with soft grey strokes running between them; on the column it turns fluid, wrapping round the taper in long marbled bands. No two tables carry the same figure, and the pattern cannot be specified from a drawing. The surface is polished until the gloss holds a straight reflection, which is a harder standard on a curved column than on a flat top, and the material is resin over fibreglass.
The top stands at bistro and dining height rather than coffee height, so this seats two in a window, a kitchen corner or a small dining space. The single column means nothing obstructs a sitter's feet and chairs can be pulled up from any side. Because the pattern is high contrast it wants a plain wall and a quiet floor behind it, and it sits well with black-framed glazing, pale plaster and warm timber. Indoor use only.
Reckon on 3–4 weeks for a standard piece, or 5–6 weeks for a bespoke one. The pour is specified black on white as here, or reversed to white on black, which changes the piece completely: black-ground tables read as one dark mass with white breaking through, and they suit a bright room where this version would dominate. Stroke scale is set broader or tighter, and a matt lacquer is offered in place of the gloss where fingerprints and reflections are a nuisance, on a table that will be eaten at rather than looked at. Delivery is in two parts and it is worth knowing before the crate arrives: the top and column travel separately in one case and are brought together on site at the collar, which takes two people and a few minutes rather than tools. The top is the heavier half and is lifted flat with a hand under each side, never by the rim. Once assembled the table is not meant to be taken apart again for moving, so site it where it will stay. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Glossy resin over a fibreglass structure links this table to our fibreglass sculptures; as a pedestal table for two it joins our art furniture, and its black-on-white finish our resin sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
