A windblown figure in black and cream cast resin, standing over its stone, with the skirt running the full height of the body and the flare opening above it. Black and cream separate along the length of the skirt, so the two tones divide the body rather than mixing through it. The black marble block beneath it comes with the figure.
Dividing a figure into two tones along its length gives it a lit side and a dark side that do not move when you do. Where the two tones meet is left hard rather than eased, because a softened boundary reads as a shadow instead of a decision, and the whole point of this version is that the division is deliberate. It is the only member of the family with a boundary in it at all. Cream is the only opaque passage in this family, and putting it against black in the same body gives the figure a lit side and a dark side that stay put whichever way you walk round it. Polished throughout, with the boundary between the tones left hard rather than softened.
A sideboard, a console or a mantelpiece where it can be seen from one side more than the other. Stand it against a mid-tone ground. Both white and black take one of the two colours away. Even light is best here. Strong directional light adds a second division that argues with the one in the material. The two-tone split is the carrying element; the modelling of the figure is the close-range one.
The standard build is 3–4 weeks and the bespoke build 5–6. The division can be moved along the body, the cream can be replaced with white, and the figure can be made at other heights. Move the division to the waist and the skirt becomes one colour, which takes away the length the split currently gives it. Where the division sits along the skirt is the usual request on this one, and moving it toward the waist shortens the cream passage considerably, which changes how much of the figure reads as lit from a standing position. One crate, on its block, assembled. One person at the block. Keep the flare clear of door frames. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Figures split lengthwise into black and cream stand among our indoor sculptures; the division down the skirt suits our contemporary and modern sculptures, and the two-tone casting belongs with our resin sculptures.

Almost every sculpture is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping is free worldwide on every sculpture, regardless of size or destination. Standard delivery is by sea freight, typically 6–8 weeks after production is complete.
Express air freight is available on request at additional cost, with delivery in up to 10 days. Ask us before placing your order, or straight after, and we will confirm the cost for your destination.
All sculptures ship in reinforced protective crating, fully insured to purchase value.
Delivery is to the door or curbside at your shipping address.
For larger sculptures shipped by sea freight, the carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that the property has suitable access for the size of the piece.
Once the sculpture arrives, you are responsible for positioning it in its final display location. For larger or heavier pieces, we recommend arranging two people (family, friends, or a local moving service) to help with placement.
For orders shipping outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees at your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in our shipping cost.
If you have questions about customs for your specific country, contact us before ordering and we can advise on typical charges for your region.
Where an order qualifies, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and original packaging, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Because our sculptures are made individually, most orders do not qualify. Returns do not apply to any item that is not held in stock, is made to order, or is custom or bespoke.
To check whether your order qualifies, contact us within 14 days of receipt. On a qualifying return, return shipping is at the customer's cost, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Every sculpture ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
Every sculpture carries a lifetime guarantee against finish defects under normal display conditions, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
This covers manufacturing defects, premature finish degradation, and structural failures under normal display. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, inappropriate environments (for example, an indoor-only sculpture placed outdoors), or modifications made after delivery.
If you have questions about shipping, customs, delivery timing, or anything else before you order, our team is here to help. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
