Orange Head I Colorblock Monkey Figure - 35cm $75200
Description

The Orange Head I Colorblock Monkey Figure stands 35cm tall — a compact, character-driven pop art sculpture built around bold colour-blocking and playful asymmetry. The figure features a vivid orange head and ears paired with bright yellow eyelids, a blue-green body, and deliberately mismatched limbs in cream, orange, and yellow. Cast in premium resin and finished by hand, the monkey reads as a curated collectible at desk and shelf scale, designed to bring graphic colour and personality into modern interiors. Every panel of colour is carefully demarcated, giving the piece the clean, toy-design language that defines the Jingyue colorblock series.

Colour-Blocked Resin, Hand-Finished Detail

The body of this designer sculpture is cast in premium resin from a single master mould, producing the smooth, seam-free silhouette that the colorblock concept demands — any visible seam would interrupt the graphic flat-colour panels, so the casting and finishing process is calibrated to preserve a continuous surface. Once cast, the figure is hand-painted in distinct zones: the orange cranium and ears, yellow eyelids set into a cream face, the blue-green torso, and the mismatched limbs that give the piece its signature quirk. Each colour is sealed under a smooth protective topcoat that locks pigment depth and gives the surface its clean, slightly satin sheen. Facial details — the rounded muzzle, the closed-eye expression, the soft sculpted ear forms — are refined by hand to keep the character readable from every angle.

At 35cm, this contemporary sculpture is sized for shelving, console tables, study desks, bookcase styling, retail vignettes, and curated collector groupings. It pairs well with white walls, pale oak, concrete, and other graphic colour-block pieces, and works beautifully alongside larger pop-art statements as part of a layered display. Indoor display only.

Handmade to Order, Fully Customisable

Every figure is handmade to order by our artisans — we do not mass-produce. Production takes approximately 3–4 weeks for a standard piece, or 5–6 weeks for a bespoke commission. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops supporting production at scale.

If you require a larger scale, an alternative colourway, a different finish (matte, high-gloss, metallic), or a fully bespoke colorblock character designed from a brief or reference image, we can tailor this piece to your exact vision. Contact us before ordering to discuss bespoke requirements.
