The Monumental Classical Holy Family Bronze Sculpture stands at an imposing 250cm, presenting three upright figures in a composed frontal grouping: a bearded male saint to the left, a veiled female figure to the right, and an infant at centre, each crowned with a gilded circular halo that catches the light against the pale stone-effect finish.
This piece is cast using the traditional lost-wax method, which preserves the precise drape of each figure's robes, the texture of folded fabric, and the fine detail of the small cross held by the male figure. The hand-finished white stone-effect coating gives the surface a cool, monumental quality distinct from a natural brown patina, while the gilded bronze halos provide a refined contrast that reads beautifully in both natural and artificial light. Every casting is inspected and finished by hand before despatch.
At 250cm and 1,500kg, this is a work designed for spaces that can carry genuine architectural weight. It suits formal gardens, courtyards, institutional grounds, ecclesiastical settings, and large entrance halls or atria. The pale palette pairs with stone, whitewashed render, dark hedging, and open lawn equally well. Rated for permanent outdoor placement, the cast bronze core is fully weatherproof; the applied finish should be maintained according to the care guide included with every order.
We offer a range of patina and surface finish options including traditional warm brown, verdigris, and dark antique bronze, as well as the stone-effect and gilded treatments shown here. Scale can be adjusted on commission. This composition has also been produced at smaller garden and interior sizes and can be explored inspired by the work of classical religious sculptors across the European tradition. Contact us before ordering to discuss finish, scale, or any bespoke requirements.
