The Life-Size Contemporary Musicians and Singing Children Bronze Sculpture stands at an imposing 240cm and presents six figures captured in the midst of a live performance: two adult male musicians, one playing double bass and one raising a violin bow, an adult female flautist with arms lifted, and two children singing expressively with open mouths and outstretched arms.
Each figure in this life-size bronze ensemble sculpture is produced using the traditional lost-wax casting method, which preserves every naturalistic detail from the curve of the double bass body to the fine fingers clasping the flute. The surface carries a consistent dark charcoal-brown patina applied by hand, lending the group a quiet, unified gravitas. Every instrument, every expressive face, and every fold of clothing is rendered with the precision that only bronze casting and skilled hand-finishing can achieve. This is a monumental figurative bronze sculpture designed to hold its own in any serious public or private setting.
The composition works equally well outdoors in a courtyard, piazza, civic plaza, or formal garden as it does in a large interior atrium, concert hall lobby, or institutional foyer. The dark bronze palette coordinates naturally with stone, brick, polished concrete, and mature landscaping. Its circular, inward-facing arrangement draws the viewer in from every angle, making it as compelling in the round as it is in a photograph.
We can adjust the patina finish from the standard charcoal-brown to a warmer mid-brown, a cool grey-green verdigris, or a polished natural bronze tone. Scale modifications and fully bespoke figure arrangements are available as commissions, inspired by the work of contemporary figurative sculptors working in the naturalistic tradition. Please contact us before ordering if you have specific requirements regarding scale, finish, or figure composition.
