Everything else in this group is read by light passing through it. This one stops the light at the surface, so the form is delivered by shadow alone, and the matt skin and the pressed dimpling both follow from that single decision. This is the one opaque casting in the group. The resin is worked to a matt skin instead of a polish, so the dimpled surface holds its own shadow and the form is read by touch as much as by eye.
