That makes the silhouette lively: the green crest and the green hem pull the eye up and down the figure, and the clear middle lets the room show through. The two greens are blended into the clear with no hard edges, and each piece is a little different. Polishing gives the green a wet, gem-like depth. It is a small piece with a strong colour.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePlace it in a hallway, a study or a living room, on a desk or a side table. It looks rich beside dark wood, brass and leather, and it brightens a room of greys. A pale wall behind it shows the green clearly, and daylight at one side makes the crest glow. One crate brings it ready to stand, and one pair of hands is enough, holding the block.
